wHAT IS mEDITATION?

Meditation is not making person better or completely change some ones life. It is to create awareness about self so that the perspective of life is changed for a better and joyful living improves quality of life, but it needs dedicated practice.

As in Sports we need a coach to improve our skills  even in meditation  you need coach so that you get right benefit and needs to be practiced continuously
